Yusra Moghul is the Group PMO (Program Management Office) at j. awan & partners.
She brings over nine years of experience leading strategic initiatives across project delivery, operational finance and compliance implementation. At j. awan & partners, she oversees firm-wide transformation projects, including framework redesign, system automation, internal control development and cross-jurisdictional PMO process structuring. She leads cross-functional teams covering project management, client relationship, systems management, while contributing to Group-wide governance and policy standardisation.

Prior to this, Yusra supported US and UAE-based clients through offshore operational roles. Notably, she led end-to-end operations and financial management for a healthcare business based in the United States, managing cross-functional teams, systems and stakeholder engagement. She also supported Client relationship, HR and recruitment delivery for a shared services firm and was earlier engaged on a project at Berlitz as a counsellor and instructor.

Yusra is an ACCA Affiliate, a Member of the Association for Project Management (APM), and is currently pursuing the APM Project Risk Management Certificate (Level 1). She has also undertaken a business and project management specialisation through LUMSx, including modules on business transformation strategy.
