Conor advises financial institutions, boards, and senior executives on governance frameworks and compliance transformation, bringing a practitioner's perspective to complex regulatory challenges across the United Kingdom, the Middle East, Africa and beyond.
His career spans over 25 years in global financial services. At BlackRock, he led the regulatory compliance function across the Middle East and Africa, serving as a member of the BlackRock Middle East Executive and Operating Committees, where he advised on regional expansion, regulatory engagement, and strategic initiatives.
Conor holds an LL.B (Hons) in Law from Liverpool John Moores University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law of England & Wales. He is a qualified solicitor in England & Wales.
