As 2024 draws to a close, I find myself reflecting on an extraordinary year for j. awan & partners and azakaw. This year has been far more than just another milestone; it marked our 10th anniversary, a moment of pride, celebration, and gratitude for a decade defined by value creation, innovation, resilience, and meaningful collaboration.

From the outset, our mission has been clear: to deliver technology-driven, best-in-class governance, risk, compliance, and finance (GRCF) solutions while building lasting relationships with our clients and stakeholders. Looking back on this journey, I am filled with immense appreciation for all we have achieved together. 2024 has not only been a year of reflection but one that has laid the groundwork for the next decade of growth and impact.

In 2024, we launched our ninth office in Portugal and strengthened our presence across the MENA region. j. awan capital, our KSA entity, established a fund platform business, further solidifying our ability to adapt to local markets while maintaining global standards.

Innovations by azakaw

azakaw experienced a breakout year, launching version 2.0 of our digital onboarding solution (KYC and KYB) and introducing the corporate compliance module. Leveraging AI and data analytics, these tools enhance risk management and operational efficiency for our clients, earning tremendous interest and solidifying azakaw's leadership in technology-driven compliance solutions.

azakaw was honoured with the MENA Fintech Association’s Best Corporate Solution Award, recognising our commitment to cutting-edge RegTech innovation. j. awan & partners won the Best Regulatory Consulting Firm in Web3 at the ABC Conclave, affirming our leadership in advising crypto and Web3 businesses worldwide.
