Joey holds the position of Associate Director – Finance and is based in Dubai (UAE) office of j. awan & partners.
Bringing considerable experience gained over 24 years in Finance, Asset Management, and Accounting. Joey started her career with Singapore Central Provident Fund Board. Subsequently, she worked with the SPG International Management academy. Before joining the firm, she was the finance manager at Crest Capital Asia, where she was responsible for managing the financial performance of investee companies for Crest Capital Funds. Currently, Joey holds several outsourced Finance Officer positions for the authorised firms within DIFC and ADGM. Joey is also responsible for supporting the licence application process and is engaged in financial advisory roles for our clients.
Joey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (with a focus on finance) from the Curtin University of Technology, Bentley Perth, Western Australia and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom
